Aerth: Dark Past

The story so far.....

A group of heroes have been thrown together trying to avert the spread of evil across the land:

 

The Characters:

Joshua - A bullish Paladin of Sheyla

Adrinor - Wandering Priest of Sheyla

Elize - A young girl with a nack of finding trouble

Eric - A young bodyguard

Willem - A travelling Bard

Burne - A Farmer trying to set things right

Chay - A Merchant with a strong Spark of Magick

 

Chapter 1:

Recruited by the city of Rolaris to find out whats been attacking outlying villages and stealing children the group assemble and head to the north.  After being attacked they follow a path back to the green wood, where they discover a long dead evil has once again risen and threatens there lives and homes.

Thinking they have defeated or at least stopped the ebil the hero's find that whilst they've been gone, the forces of evil have made a bold strike against the city.  The maddness of Dalnir has returned and the fate of all Aerth is at risk.

Chapter 2:

The Armies of Light are amassing to confront whatever evil now lurks in the city of Rolaris.  The group are sent to the long forgotten continent of Archen, to find out where the evil is spreading from.  Nearly defeated the group return back to Jaegar, the home continent to find a battle warring and this time they are sent back with the guidance of Gideon, High Priest of Elune, to destroy the gateways.  Returning once again to Rolaris, they find the city in ruins, their homes and loved ones gone.  The evil is loose on Jaegar.

Chapter 3:

Now the heroes have sailed for Archen with survivors of the fallen city, planning on setting up a new home, somewhere away from the war, somewhere that might survive the evil, a new place to call home...

Chapter 4:

The heroes have made a home and have called it Haven, they have also made a startling discovery of a material never seen before. Discoveries have been made of ancient cultures long ago left the land. Scouts have been sent out searching for the other temples.

Chapter 5:

After many monthes the town of Haven is prospering, the heroes have managed to re-establish communication with their homeland, they have established a gateway deep in the new dwarven home of RockHall. Finally news of the lost tower of Crom has reached Haven, one of the rangers made it back barely alive.

Chapter 6:

Off to the Tower....
