Vampires.

Bloodsucking corpses returned from the grave to feast on the blood of the living. Monsters damned to Hell who avoid their punishment through life unlawfully stolen.  Erotic predators who take their sustenance from innocent, struggling or perhaps, willing victims?

Vampires have walked the Earth from prehistoric times. They walk amongst us still.  They fight a secret war, wagged since the dawn of time.  This eternal struggles final outcome may determine humanity’s future or its ultimate destruction.

You can be apart of this, in the World Of Darkness, the modern chapter is about to be written buy you, the players.

Set in North America at the close of the 20th century age-old prophecies are coming true.  My game is about your characters triumph, failure, dark deeds, and glimmerings of goodness.  You start as newly embraced Vampires, coming to terms with un-life and the rules you have to follow.  Getting to know the new society that you have been put into.  Finding out how to stay, not dead by avoiding hunters, were-wolves and things far worse then you.

Things to remember, grudges last forever, be shore of your allies, and don’t walk in the sunshine.

 

Character Generation - A few Points [top]

Starting characters begin with NO advantages and NO disadvantages.  That said I will be giving characters some of the above after the first session, depending on what they do.

Also players who write up the sessions in character, in the form of a diary, will be awarded XP's.

Any P.C. that is killed or dies, the player will be able to generate a new MORTAL character that will be either a contact, retainer, ally or herd member of one the existing players, it will be then up to role play as to whether they get 'made up.'

I do expect PC's to die if they fuck up, it's a harsh world.

Modius, Prince of Gary is hold a New Years party at Harriet's Club. (Sean's characters club).  Modius has invited the Kindred of Gary and some luminaries from Chicago to his New Year's Eve party and has given the honour of hosting it to a young Kindred.

Modius has been on a low ebb for years, as Lodin Prince of Chicago has managed to dilute Modius's power and humiliated him in recent years.  Rumour has it that he is going to make an important announcement at the party.

The Clans [top]

The Clans, my personal thoughts of the clans by Rick Andrews, 'a Catiff and proud of it,'

Assamite: Know for good reason as the clan of assassins.

Brujah: From philosophisers of old to rebels of the modern nights this clan is about free thinkers.

Catiff: misunderstood and down trodden by those of 'proper' clans.

Gangel: They roam the open spaces and think of themselves as beyond the reach of city politics.

Giovanni: A very extended family of necromancers.

Lasombra: Puppet masters extordinaire, they pull the stings and load the guns, and like to hide in the shadows.

Malcavian: MAD! Psychos! But a deeper meaning to the madness?

Nosferatu: Kings of the sewers the quest for knowledge and the selling of information, these are guys to kept on the good side of.

Ravnos: Gypsies, thieves and sleight of hand, watch your wallet in your dealings with them.

Setties: They provide the pleasure you seek, all pleasures and all tastes are catered for.

Toreador: From the ancient clan of the bull to the modern clan of the rose, artiest, performers they seem more in touch with humans the others.

Tremere: Blood magicians one and all, traitors and usurpers, best left alone.

Tzimisce: From the Carpathians they came, with dark hearts and minds.

Ventrue: I want to be in charge, I was born to be in charge, these are the Ventrue.
