Summary 65
No summary as such, since you pretty much did everything. What follows is a state of play.
You obtained three rings with gems from the skeletons of the Protectorate Loyalists. These were elven rings.
From the carnage of the Portal of the Winds room, you managed to extricate 25 complete rings, and a further 3 that had gems. There were about 200 broken rings, though some might prove ‘repairable’. These are all marked with dwarfen runes.
All of you took a ring, but only Beks specifically stated that she was collecting the remaining rings. Everyone else was more interested in grabbing their own.
We left the session as you exploded over the fact that Beks has ‘given away’ the crown. Beks will no doubt explain in her own words, why she did this and what she/ you get out of it. However, Nedylene points out that it an elven crown and that you have no legal right to it. If she is not the legal ruler of Antilabe, she can claim a better right since she is a descendent of the rightful rulers and is a noble in these lands, which once ruled the city. I realise that this won’t wash with any of you, but it does have some validity.
She also greets you as "esteemed allies", though well she might! And she proposes to discuss how your alliance should proceed next. Your response was a string of abuse at Rebekah, at which point those in the room readied themselves.
Nedylene is sitting on her dias, wearing a banded plate cuirass over a delicate gold chainmail covering her arms. Her legs are protected by this same chain over trousers and boots. She wears a gorget, inscribed with a stylised dragon. She also has a shield, marked with a symbol that looks rather familiar(ly worrying). And the crown, of course! The room also contains two (copper-skinned) humans; a woman in dendra armour and a man in llamellar. Both have sword and shield. There are also one minotaur in some form of crystalline armour (that whistles slightly as he moves) wielding a two-handed sword (in one hand) and 10 beastmen in what appears to be bone armour (including skull epaulettes!), 6 Hill Men ‘mercenaries’ in a quilted armour and two harpies. These people all have equipment marked in Nedylene’s house device and that of Slaanesh (though your characters are still all a little vague on precisely what this means). Also present are the three witch elves, three further servant-types (armed) and Nedylene’s chamberlain, Xharak. All of them look prepared for trouble. Please feel free, however, to act as you see fit.
Correction: I made two mistakes last session over the Portals. One that you went through, I read off the same description twice. And there is an additional location, which I left off the map that I gave you. We’ll resolve these at the start of the session.
