Session 06

Cast of Characters

James O'Dowd's – Peter.

Eric – Mark.

Adrian – Gerald.

Not long before dawn, the party are informed by Balthazar (Sheriff) to meet with Kevin Jackson to escort some prisoners.  James is organising protection for the coming nights, just in case they don’t get out of the City.  While Adrian is looking for the way out.  Which means Eric must go by himself.  As it turns out there is no way out, as the mysterious weather conditions are also a physical barrier, which nothing can penetrate.

Eric just misses out on a pitched battle at the location Balthazar gave him.  Kevin Jackson tells Eric that Lodin had set them up and was expecting them all to die (Lodin had put down what he thought was opposition to his rule in '68 in a similar style).  Eric then helps escort the prisoners to the warehouse district, he returns to the Succubus Club where James and Adrian are waiting.

As there is no way out tonight, the party retire to the hotel suites that James booked using Eric’s credit cards.

The Night Passes…...

James goes down to the Warehouse district to deal with some personnel business sees an artic loaded with captured mortals being driven away.

Eric goes to see Lodin to gauge his reaction to being there, as he is meant to be dead and witness the brutal destruction of a werewolf party and their kinfolk.

Adrian looks into what happened in ’68 and try’s to find what Lodin is up to now.  Why are a bunch of nothing vampires (the Party) a threat to Lodin?  He is really that paranoid?

James and Eric meet up at the Succubus club to witness a massacre.

They make there way down into the labyrinth in the basement of the club and discover a hidden haven. The dead body of a ghoul Prias and a werewolf are in the entrance of this hidden haven.  Checking it over it is discovered to be that of 'Helen of Troy' judging by pictures and insight from James.

The party meet up later that evening to discuss what they have discovered and their next steps.  It seems that one of the Werewolves clans are after something called “the worm” and will stop at nothing to get it.  Upon further investigation of 'Helen of Troy' it seems that she is very old and very, very corrupt.  Perhaps she has been behind the spate of high generation vampires that have gone missing recently?  Helen may also be what the Werewolves are looking for?

As a mark of respect to 'Helen of Troy' it is decided to send her a message, warning her of the Werewolves interest and to return the items taken.  It might also mean she won’t hunt us down.

To be safe, the party decide they will make it look like they are still staying in the top floor of the hotel.  When in fact they will be in a room two floors below, just in case people start to look for them.
