2. Chairman's Report.

- A review of the year by Peter Murray.
4. Funds.
- What to spend the excess on (assuming we have some)?
- What we have spend in the last year.
5. Shadow Warriors 20th Birthday Convention.
- This is due to be held over 2 days at the Community Centre on Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th September. If this is to work we will need volunteers.
6. Conventions.
- Open Day for the Community Centre (Saturday 25th June 1 - 4pm)
- GenCon 05
- Dragonmeet 2005
- Conventions Sub-Committee do we try this again? As the plan that one person takes charge of a (different) Con and is the main point of contact hasn't really worked, as its always the same people that do all the work. Does anyone have any ideas?
7. How to get new members?
- An open discussion.
- Should we place adverts in up and coming Convention programs?
- Should we have a stand at Fresher Week at some local universities (Brunel & TVU).
- The casual visitor may not want to commit to campaign length games (as not always free every 3 weeks), should we run shorter/ one-off games?
8. General running of the Club.
- Communication: Good notice by all should a game not be running or when a game needs to be cancelled by the GM. How do people keep up to date with news; home or work em? We need better communication. How best can we achieve this? email the group (yahoo), email people directly, ring people?
- Getting a balance between the club and other commitments; conventions, football, spouses etc. Is this due to an ageing club? Do we need more members to give balance?
- Do we elect a Publicity Officer (Pub Officer) whose job would be to sell RPGs as fun as well as to sell the club? This would hopefully bring in new members.
9. Review on current RPG's and future games.
- What to do with the board games slot.
- Try and find a Saturday game to run opposite Warhammer? This could be on a 3 week turnaround or more frequent?
- Look into running more Saturday games?
