2. Chairman's Report.

• A review of the year by Gerald Udowiczenko 

3. Treasure's Report.

• A review of the year by Peter Murray.

4. Conventions.

• The Community Centre is going to have an Open Day sometime in June (date TBC). What are we going to do at this event to encourage new members?
• Do we run a convention at the Community Centre? If so when (day & date)? What should we run at it?
• Creation of a Convention Sub-Committee (to plan for future Cons & see if we can have a presence at ones being run). How many positions are required?
• Assuming Gen Con is a success, what should we do for the next one (held in Amsterdam 2004)?

5. Recruiting new members.

• An open discussion on how we can recruit more members and what to do with them - Because as present all current RPGs are full.

6. Writing Skills - How to get published.

• A brief spotlight on Ben Counter & Tim Eccles achievements in getting books published and self publishing. With a view to asking for their advice in the future for anyone wishing to go down that road.

7. Review on current RPG's and future games.

• A basic review of all games currently being run with the possibility of some stopping to allow new game or games currently on hold to take their place.
• To discuss the possibility of switching from a 3-week turnaround.
• To discuss the possibility of having only 2 weeks of RPGs, with either a week off or to be replaced with a HeroClix League / Boardgames week. The idea being this new slot would alternate between HeroClix and boardagmes (i.e. every 6 weeks). It is hoped that the HeroClix would bring in more revenue, which could fund the less popular RPGs. Having the boardgames week would give the opportunity to run more tournaments (e.g. Settlers) and hopefully more revenue. It would also mean that Formula De could move from its evening slot, which would give more time to play the game (i.e. more laps, 2 race meetings etc).

8. Contributions and suggestions on the Website.

• What is missing form the website that people would like to see?
• Are people happy with the general layout of the website?
• Do you want a daily pin-up?

9. Election of Officers and Conventions Sub-Committee.

• None of the current Officers have asked to stand down, so it is assumed they will be retained in their current positions.
• The Sub-Committee is new, therefore full elections will need to take place.

10. SWWD.

• A general discussion on what Shadow Warriors can do to start taking over the world and run it as they see fit.
