    i) An Annual Convention.
    ii) Mini-Convention once every two - three months.

7. Review on current RPG's and future games.
    i) Open Game days (once every 6 weeks).
    ii) Open Boardgames Day (once every 6 weeks).
    iii) Set times when a game will start/stop.

8. Election of Officers.
